Dental Bridges At Alpers

Dental bridges are effective restorations when teeth are lost or severely damaged. Our bridges look natural and offer much-needed assistance with speaking and chewing. We ensure our restorations last as long as possible by using high-quality materials to provide exceptional performance.

We ensure your dental bridges blend in seamlessly with your existing teeth and will function like natural teeth. Once the bridge is ready, you can have it fitted right in our office.

What is a dental bridge?

Dental bridges are used when a patient has lost one or more teeth. Their name refers to replacing one or more teeth by bridging the gap that was created when the original teeth became lost. Dental bridges can be secured using abutment crowns on each end or by using permanently installed precision metal mechanisms. At Alpers Dental, we custom design each component of a dental bridge to ensure that it looks natural and provides the desired performance.

How is a dental bridge attached?

With a dental bridge, false teeth are used to replace missing teeth for good. The bridge is connected to the teeth on either side of the gap. Most bridges are made of metal, porcelain, a mix of the two, or zirconia. They stay in place, and some people can use them instead of dentures.
