Melanie came to us with teeth all over the place. There was quite severe crowding and her smile was rather lopsided. Several teeth were in crossbite.

We used several removable appliances and also braces [including a utility arch] to align Melanie’s teeth. She is now a vivacious and attractive young lady.

Meredith’s teeth stuck out. She had sucked her thumb and she had a tongue thrust swallow. She had a large diastemas [gap] between her front teeth.

Meredith was another of our bionator patients. We used a couple of appliances because a lawnmower ate the first one. Later we used braces on her lower teeth to correct some crowding.

Vivian came to our office with an unattractive smile. Her upper teeth were very crowded and several teeth were in crossbite. Simply her upper jaw was not big enough for her teeth.

We used upper jaw active appliances [plates] to develop Vivien's total jaw until there was room for her teeth. Then we aligned her upper and lower teeth with braces.
